Ingredients:

2 tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon dried thyme

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon sugar (optional, for a touch of sweetness)

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients: paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, black pepper, ground cumin, and sugar (if using).

Mix well until evenly blended.

Usage Tips:

Store the peri peri seasoning in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

Use this seasoning to spice up grilled chicken, seafood, vegetables, or sprinkle over fries or roasted potatoes for a flavorful kick.
