𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐏𝐞𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢 𝐏𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐚𝐬

A focaccia and a simple garlic butter is all you need to transform a plain old loaf of bread into amouthwatering pizza!

Ingredients:

1 ciabatta loaf

80g butter, at room temperature

3 large garlic cloves, crushed

175g pre-grated pizza cheese blend

50g pepperoni slices

200g cherry tomatoes, halved

20g rocket leaves

Olive oil, to drizzle

Add-ons: Crispy Tortilla Strips, crumbled feta

or cotija cheese, chopped avocado, black

beans, or chopped cucumber


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced.

Use a large serrated knife to cut ciabatta

in half horizontally. Mix the butter and

garlic in a small bowl until combined

Spread over cut sides of ciabatta.

Sprinkle 125g cheese evenly over the

ciabatta. Top with pepperoni and tomato

then sprink/e with the remaining cheese

Place the pizzas on a baking tray. Bake for

20 minutes or until golden brown and

cheese has melted. Set aside to cool

slightly then top with rocket and drizzle

over oil to serve
